Cancel or modify a placed order

Catering Service:

Cancellation Policy

• Small Catering Orders (€500 or less)
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the event will incur a 25% fee of the total order value.
  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation costs.
• Large Catering Orders (Over €500)
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or event.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • 75% refund for cancellations made 48–72 hours before the event.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the event.
  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

At this time, rescheduling orders is not possible. However, please contact partnerships@honestgreens.com, and our team will do their best to assist you.

Modify your order 

Orders that have been placed can not be modified. However, please feel free to contact to see if we can cancel the current order to place it manually. For orders that have not been placed, please share your order details via email (catering@honestgreens.com) and we will take care of helping you the best way possible.
